CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:

• Benton Scoop Shop Scooper

-$11/hourly, plus average $6 tips/hour with PTO and $0.50 raise after 90 days, opportunity for promotional raises, annual raise $0.50/year.

-Full time (30-40 hrs) or Part time (20-30 hrs), must work at least 3 shifts a week

-Must have weekend and night availability. Shop working hours range from Monday-Sunday 10am-11pm.

Scoop Shop Scoopers are responsible for providing friendly customer service, consistent-looking scoops, and keeping the shop clean and organized. They are able to work with a team. They need to be able to keep calm and scoop on when it gets loud and busy. They need to be able to stand, lift, bend and walk for extended periods, scoop ice cream over a full shift, lift up to 40lbs. Prefer 18 years and older.

• Benton Scoop Shop Shift lead (aka key holder)

-$12/hourly, plus average $6 tips/hour with PTO and $1 raise after 90 days, opportunity for promotional raises, annual raise $0.50/year.

-Full time (30-40 hrs) or Part time (20-30 hrs), must work at least 3 shifts a week.

-Must have weekend and night availability. Shop working hours range from Monday-Sunday 10am-11pm.

Shop shift leads bring positivity and leadership to the team during their shift. Responsible for having a shop key, locking up and money holding. Must fulfill all scooper responsibilities and be in charge when the manager is not on the floor. must be 18 years or older.
