CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:

SoMa and Benton Scoop Shop Scooper

-$11/hourly, plus average $6 tips/hour with PTO and $0.50 raise after 90 days, opportunity for promotional raises, annual raise $0.50/year.

-Full time (30-40 hrs) or Part time (20-30 hrs), must work at least 3 shifts a week

-Must have weekend and night availability. Shop working hours range from Monday-Sunday 10am-11pm.

Scoop Shop Scoopers are responsible for providing friendly customer service, consistent-looking scoops, and keeping the shop clean and organized. They are able to work with a team. They need to be able to keep calm and scoop on when it gets loud and busy. They need to be able to stand, lift, bend and walk for extended periods, scoop ice cream over a full shift, lift up to 40lbs. Prefer 18 years and older, but we do look for 15-17 year olds to train as barback.

Hillcrest Soft Serve Shop Swirler

-$11/hourly, plus average $6 tips/hour with PTO and $0.50 raise after 90 days, opportunity for promotional raises and experience raises, annual raise $0.50/year.

-Full time (30-40 hrs) or Part time (20-30 hrs), must work at least 3 shifts a week

-Must have weekend and night availability. Shop working hours range from Tuesday-Sunday 10am-11pm.

The Loblolly Hillcrest Shop is our newest shop that is serving from-scratch, handcrafted soft serve. We are looking for employees that can explain our new concept over and over again to customers and guide customers through our new menu. Hillcrest Swirlers are responsible for providing friendly customer service, consistent-looking soft serve, and keeping the shop clean and organized. They are able to work with a team and be adaptable to a changing menu and systems as we open this new shop. They need to be able to keep calm and swirl on when it gets loud and busy. Ability to stand, lift, walk up and down stairs, bend and walk for extended periods, swirl soft serve over a full shift, lift up to 40lbs. Must be 18 years old or older.

Loblolly Manufacturing Kitchen Production Kitchen

-Starting $15/hourly, with PTO and $0.50 raise after 90 days, opportunity for promotional raises and experience raises, annual raise $0.50/year.

-Full time (30-40 hrs)

-Kitchen working hours range from Monday-Friday 6:30am-6pm (Shifts are 8 hours, most shifts 9am-5pm)

The Loblolly production kitchen is looking for a production assistant to be cross-trained in ice cream base making, churning ice cream, dishwashing, packaging ice cream, processing baked goods, and cleaning the kitchen (mopping, sanitizing, completing deep cleaning checklists). Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift 50lbs. Tasks subject to change everyday and seasonally. Loblolly provides kitchen shoes, aprons. After 90 days, Loblolly pays for food safety training (ServSafe). Must be at least 18 years old. Kitchen experience preferred. Busy season is June-August for ice cream production and October-December for marshmallow and hot cocoa production, other months are subject to less hours since we are a seasonal business.
