Please Note: Any flavor requests are subject to availability. Since we make everything in small batches, we cannot guarantee flavors and are not able to accommodate requests for every event.

BOOKING INFORMATION

    • 2 Week's Notice Requirement - $40 Late Booking Fee

    • Minimum of 50 guests

    • $150 Hourly Truck Rental + Menu Items + Tax

    • Travel Fee & Service Charge May Apply

    • 1 Scoop Cup Menu: $4 per person

    • 1 Scoop Cup/Cone Menu: $4-$5 per person

    • 1 & 2 Scoop Cup/Cone Menu: $4-$7 per person

    • Sundae Bar: $8 per person

    A La Carte: Dozen Brownies: $37.50

  • We service the Central Arkansas Area, up to 20 miles from Downtown Little Rock.

    30 Minute Set Up Time Frame - We’ll roll up about 30 minutes before your service time to set up.

    Travel includes delivery to the location within Little Rock.

    • $150 deposit required to secure your date.

    • The truck is $150 per hour, plus product served (per person).

    • 15% service charge for parties/servings over 60.

    • Final invoice must be paid in full within 30 days.

    • We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payments are made online.

  • Cancellation Policy - When there is a need to cancel a catering by the booking party, we will work with you to accommodate a new date if applicable. We appreciate you giving as much notice as possible if there is a need to cancel. We will work with you to the best of our ability to re-book your date for a future event.

    If cancellations are made less than 48 hours notice then the deposit is not refundable and the hourly fee must be paid.

  • In the event of inclement weather, Loblolly Creamery reserves the right to cancel a contract on the day of the event if road conditions are deemed unsafe by the Arkansas Department of Transportation or if the temperature exceeds 95 degrees. The customer will be 100% refunded for any deposit.

    If the catering event could go forward, but the customer makes the decision to cancel their event for any weather-related reason, the customer will be required to inform the caterer 48 hours in advance in order to avoid any charges. If the customer does not cancel within the 48 hour period, the client will be billed for the hourly truck cost. All other scenarios will be covered by the general cancellation policy.

  • Changes to your Event: flavors, serving times, and increasing quantities, etc. will be accommodated to the best of our abilities. Increasing guest count will affect serving times if more than 100 people.

  • We will work with you (in reasonable accommodation) on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your ice cream catering.

    The truck is 30 plus years old. We will do our best to accommodate if our truck can not make it to your event.
