PAYMENT TERMS

$150 deposit required to secure your date.

The truck is $150 per hour, plus product served.

15% service fee for parties over 60 guests.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payments are made online within 30 days of invoice receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policy - When there is a need to cancel a catering by the booking party, we will work with you to accommodate a new date if applicable. We appreciate you giving as much notice as possible if there is a need to cancel. We will work with you to the best of our ability to re-book your date for a future event.

If cancellations are made less than 48 hours notice then the deposit is not refundable and the hourly fee must be paid.

TRAVEL FEES

We service the Central Arkansas Area up to 20 miles from downtown Little Rock.

Booking outside of Little Rock? Just let us know and we'll see what we can do! Additional charges may apply.

FLAVORS

You may choose up to 6 current flavors to bring on the truck.

Custom Flavors* are available for an additional fee.

EVENT CHANGES

Changes To Your Event: flavors, serving times, and increasing quantities, etc will be accommodated to the best of our abilities. Increasing guest count will affect serving times if more than 100 people.

WEATHER POLICY

We will try our best to accommodate any rescheduling in the event of any unforeseen inclement weather.

OUR OBLIGATION

We will work with you (in reasonable accommodation) on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your ice cream catering. The truck is 30 plus years old. We will do our best to accommodate if our truck can not make it to your event.

We will work with you on the best menu option based on your guest count and time allowance.

We arrive 30 minutes prior to the service start time to prepare.

• We can serve 100 people per hour

• We provide all necessary disposables, but do not provide trash cans

• Client must provide a flat surface to park

• We will not jump curbs or sidewalks!

• 8ft wide X 22ft long X 11ft high

• Service window on passenger side

• We use solar to power our freezer and lights — if it’s hot out we use a small generator for a/c
